Two down, two to go!

I decided to take a quick look at the nest, and i saw a little baby bird with a feather mohawk!! Then i saw one of the eggs moving!! I quickly ran into the house to grab my camera, but my mom (being my mom) was yelling at me to put away stuff, so after i put the stuff away, the second bird was already hatched. Heres some pictures:

Non la Hat

After spending three whole days with my friend, my mom wanted to spend some time with me. So we headed downtown for lunch with Dad. He said he would be busy for a while so we decided to go shopping, we went to a vintage store, another vintage store, (where mom recognized a few things she had as a kid!) and then to World Market where i found this awesome Non la Hat. I immediately fell in love with it, and wore it around the store. When we asked how much it was, my mother was shocked $30.00. She told me to think about it while we were having lunch. We had a huge lunch at Wahoos Tacos,(without dad, he had a call.) then we headed back to World Market where we bought the hat, and some gum that reminded both of us of our childhood. I love My new hat!!

While i was taking out the trash, i noticed a bird that flew out from under the roof. I looked underneath and saw two nests. I decided to investigate. One of the nests was empty. I looked in the other one and I saw four little eggs. They are a beautiful light blue color with brownish specks.

I dont know what kind of birds they will become, but i hope they will bring lots of beautiful songs to this world!
